Enrolment

It couldn’t be easier. Our online booking system takes you through it, step by step: locations and times. You fill in the online form, accept our terms and conditions, and pay with Mastercard or Visa. Upon the receipt of your full payment and the form, we then send you a confirmation email.

Full payment is required on enrolment for all our programs. For our 8 week term classes, if your child joins partway through, don’t worry, we charge pro rata. Email Jane for details.

Pay by Instalments

We have an easy pay by instalments option. Click on the book now button and choose "Term Fee Pay by Instalments and Concession Cards'. Then click on 'Buy Here'. You will set up your payments first. Choose the appropriate enrolment option for you; one or two children or Pensioner Concession Card if you have one. Set up your account, if this is your first time enrolling. You will be asked for your name, street address and contact phone number. We need these in case of an emergency. Next you will be asked for your payment details. You can choose to have your card details stored for another enrolment or just used for this enrolment. Enter your card details. You will be sent an email confirming your membership

Enrolling for a class

Now that you have set up your payment details with a membership you need to enrol your child. In the confirmation email there will be a link at the base of the email, use the link to book your child in, or you can go to the booking page again and use your membership to enrol. Use your membership to pay for the enrolment. Don't enter your credit card details again as you will be charged twice. Select the enrolment (choose 1 child or two children at the full price), you won't be charged this as you are using your membership. Enter your child's details, their name, age etc. If you are enrolling two children, separate their names and ages with a comma.

Cancellation

A full refund is only available if notice of your cancellation is received more than 10 days from the start of the first class or workshop. This allows us sufficient time to offer the place to another student.
